Why do you want to annoy someone - can't you just be a nice person.

I'm not a Brit myself, but I would think that a Brit would get annoyed at someone who advertises that they don't like fish and chips.

You can mess up their hair, spill their tea, take a bite out of each crumpet and put it back, tell them their mom looks like a man, or ask them what they ate the day before and say ewww after every item.
