Just came home after clubbing with a couple of friends. i've can't sleep...and i haven't slept in the past 32 hours....yeah...i get it....i've been up wayyy too long....i've got a killer hangover.....and my heart is beating of the clock....lol....man, i've got to stop shivering and need to calm down....

It's kinda warm in my piece of Cali to be doing any 'shivering'. I think last night plummeted to a sultry low of 82 degrees. Thirty-two hours overdue for a nap yet your heart's all thumpity-thump?

Oh man it looks like you got a killer body.
But you need to take a cold shower then drink something soothing and maybe call a booty call over and break em off sumthin'. Sex is relaxing. Then smoke a cigarette or whatever. It works.

take an Aleve and drink a glass of water and lay down for 30 minutes. works everytime.
