Its probably the windows startup music. Go to Start>Control Panel>Sounds. You can change it there.

Probably. Assuming you use windows XP, click start, then run and type MSCONFIG. The end tab should tell you what's running when you start your PC, unselect any and click apply then restart. if you've disabled something important, you can always reselect it later. If you don't have Windows XP, you can download MSCONFIG from a number of reputable sites and place it in c:\windows\system32, then follow the above options to run it.

Also, go into control panel and make sure that in "Sounds and audio devices" (or similar), there isn't a song selected to play every time the computer starts by clearing the setting labelled "Windows Startup" under the Tab

Also check that in your Start/All programs menu in the folder called Startup, there isn't a link to any song files.

It probably isn't a virus but I bet it'll be dammed annoying :)
PM me if you need any more help with this.

No, a virus would have to be written by a drunk person in order to do that. This is a simple fix.

Go into your control panel, and click "Sounds, Speech.." and open that up. Next, click the "Sounds" tab at the top. On the bottom of that box, you'll see a list with a scroll bar going down, you want to select the "Start Windows" option. Next, when it is highlighted, you can choose what if anything you want played.

hmmm....I'm curious. The only thing I can think of is your BIOS capability to play music on startup from the CD drive, but that is only fairly new motherboards.

I would say it might be a virus, hence the fact that you don't know the song that is playing. I recommend downloading Lavasoft Ad-Aware Personal Second Edition. and it can be downloaded at http://www.download.com/

that should find it and remove or quarantine it!

Yes, or maybe another type of malware. Thoroughly test your PC for "Nasties" and remove them, ASAP.
