uhh i went to the fish ailse and wal-mart, and they have like these individual fishes in cups, cups like 3 to 4 inches tall, half way filled with water, i only did this once but, i made the water in the cup do like a big whirl wind, and the force made the fish go all around the cup a few times, is that wrong? they dont have feelings do they?

It isn't a nice thing to do and you know it. First its stressful for the fish and two someone is going to buy that fish, that just may be so stressed it becomes ill and dies. Its bad enough that the poor things ended up on a Wal-Mart shelf. They likely never get a water change and if they don't sell quickly they die in the cups from neglect.
Do you kick puppies when you see them too? Grow up.

yeah it's "wrog". would you like to be whipped around in a tornado? that's basically what you did to that poor betta. i would almost bet that the fish died, maybe not right away, but within the next day or so - how does that make you feel ?

Of course it is wrong! They are living creatures so yes they have feelings. Fish can become stressed very easily. And stress can kill a fish! Please don't do it again.
