Women are more emotional than men. Sometimes, we tend to wear our emotions on our sleeves. However, if there was a situation, as with a boss, where there was a confrontation, some women let tears flow as a means to relieve stress. It's not that they want to cry! How, embarrassing. It is a woman's way of letting go of stress. Especially, if this boss had been giving them grief for some time. No woman wants to cry, it's just a natural response when they have been completely overwhelmed!
I have learned to stop tears. I process what is happening at the time and look at it logically. This practice is hard for women. I know first hand! Just as some men turn to anger in a given situation, women turn to tears. Believe it or not, it truly is natural.

Because it hurts to be cussed out by someone.
And most bosses are so superior and terrible sounding it upsets you. I am one of the some women who do cry when they are cussed out by their boss.
Bosses should not misstreat their employees at all.
This is why many people are trying to work from home.

first women need appreciation at all times no woman wants to feel highly emotional on the job esp when their trying to provide for their family women at times like to be cursed only in bed on a sexual note

oh heck... some of them cry even for no reason. They're just more emotional and sensitive than other people. And bosses who cuss women employees should be punished. It is wrong. PERIOD.

Because nobody wants to get cussed out and some women can't handle it. Plus it could have to do with them just having a bad day.

Too much pressure/ or pain. It's like when you get hit some where on your body and it hurts, you would cry. Same thing goes to women. Too much pain and stess running everywhere they just let it out.

Because women are sensitive... Some don't know how to stand up for themselves.
