rgv made choley , goley when did he quit making movies he is a joker director with bunch of jokers working in that movie i did not like actor like amitabh acting in his films rgv is fit to make only tv commercial ads .

Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag will never ever acheive what Sholay has. Sholay is a classic and is a favourite even amongst the younger generations. That just shows how great a movie it was. Ram Gopal Varma's film will soon be forgotten about...that's usually the case with all his films these days...

Repeats are seldom successful. Since Sholay was such a big success that will make the RGV ki Aag's success even harder as the standard has been set too high already.

Obviously, Sholay is a legend unmatched.. By the way Aag was not such a good movie as compared to Sholay.
It will not reach up to Sholay's standards

Never.Hes a fool to try it also.No one can act like Sanjeev Kumar or Amjad Khan,nor can those stupid characters take the place of Dharmender and Amitabh or Hema or Jaya.
Sholay was all time hit and trying a remake is impossible,its classic.Its like someone trying to make Mughal e Azam with these young but hopeless actors like Emran Hashemi and others.

I think aag is not compareble to sholay. the chemistry between jay and veeru. ajay & ???(the newcomer raj i think) woh baat nehi is jodi mein!!! but the songs are nice like mehbooba & ruk ja.
