well not all people does the body language the same ,if one is touching his nose it doesn't mean the same like if other peoples touching his nose, in my opinion it doesn't have to mean anything most of the time ,maybe his likes to touch his nose or it's itchy?.

Touching your face is supposed to be a sign of lying but it could just be an itchy nose!

It could mean that someone is embarassed, not interested nervous or they just have an itchy nose! i guess it all depends on the convo... maybe they have a really annoyin spot or something that they really wanna get rid of? personally id say not interested or nervous. xox xxx

It might mean the person was nervous or maybe they were lying! Or both!! Or maybe they just had an itchy nose!
