you go to lawyer and he'll draw the papers up and you can sign and her that is all their is to it.

Look into a living trust .... it makes you like a corperation .. in the event you can't act, then next in line takes over ... she could write checks or settle acounts on your behalf in the event you were unable to do so for your self .....
