The only thing you can do to shorten your menstrual cycle would be to get your doctor to start you on bcp's. This can regulate and shorten it, but if its already started then its too late for that

Are you on birth control? If you are, start taking your birth control pills today, it should stop your period by probably tomorrow evening, but I doubt it would stop it earlier than that. It will also screw up your cycle for a month or so.
I've done this a couple of times when I was going away for a romantic weekend.

A full hysterectomy. But scheduling it and recovering will take longer than just waiting out the period.
And then you'd have to be on all kinds of hormone replacement and could never, like, have kids.
So I'd probably just stick with having a period, if I were you.

LOL I wish!
NO there are NO ways you can get rid of your period for tomorrow.
Even if you started BCP's today you could still have it tomorrow.
Wear tampons, take some Pamprin, and don't let your period run your life!

sorry to late... just stock up on tampons and midol!
in the future you could regulate your period somewhat if you're on the pill... you could start taking your new pack and skip your period and start right away with your new cycle... talk with your dr. about this one...
