Much of what the Nazis did was not scientifically valid, so their results are highly suspect (the Japanese did the same kinds of experiments in WW2 on Chinese POWs... perhaps on even a larger scale and with worse results). There are, however, a few parts of their work which are considered at times to be valid and which are impossible to duplicate for ethical reasons. One example of this is their studies on hypothermia.

This actually raises a second ethical question - whether it is appropriate to use the results of such amoral experimentation even if it is valid. This argument has been going on for the last fifty years, and the fact that it STILL goes on is just more evidence that some of those studies did actually produce usable results (who would argue in favour of using worthless results?).

Link below for evidence and a piece of the picture. Hope that helps!

No - - - the Nazi Medical Experiments did nothing more than to gratify the egos of the Doctors who engaged in the sort of psuedo-research that was the subject of Hollywood Horror Films of the 1930s. There existed no state apparatus for over seeing research and gathering information for a coherent/cohesive database. Individual Doctors merely used the trappings of Nazi legality to gratify their morbid curiosity. Most of their research ended up the trash where is belong and was of no lasting value except as fodder for tales of mascarbe medical murder.
