Most people I know that got one was for their 10 anniversary. There's a couple of different kinds. One is like a gold band with small diamonds going around the band (set inside the gold), and the other is a 3 diamond ring. One diamond represents the past, one the present, and one the future. Not everyone gets one.

its a band with a roll of diamonds in it.... u get it on ur anniversary... mine had a karrot plus the lil diamonds going down it, got it on my 13th anniversary. its to cost more then the engagement unless u got suckered into a huge ring at the begingin...lol just like a promise ring is to be smaller then the engagement ring

diamonds.usually a thin band with diamonds all the way or half way around. beautiful but not absolutely necessary.
