No, I don't think the Bush Administration created it.

I think fiscal irresponsibility in DC has been the norm since before Bush was even born. The sixteenth Amendment made it possible, and DC really started getting fiscally irresponsible under LBJ.

I'd say borrowing another 50 billion for the occupation of Iraq has to be fiscal irresponsible. If Congress rolls over for this one we're all in big trouble. I don't mind 'supporting the troops', but when do we start 'supporting the American wage-earner'?

Republican voters want a true conservative candidate. We want small government and less spending. Haven't you seen the polls?

The Liberals should love Bush for all the increases. He added 11 Billion to Education his first year alone, but did the liberals like it? They said nothing. The only time they cried was when they cut an increase. That's right. They decided one year that an increase was too much, so they cut it. The Liberals went ballistic. Headlines: "Bush cuts Education spending" You Left wingers are out of your minds.

Look to who controls the congressional purse strings if you want to see who is irresponsible. Can you say Democrats and Earmarks?
