You ask some very important questions. Are you aware of that? No, the size does not matter. It is what is in your heart that matters. The most important features are: it's capacity to love others unconditionally; to feel compassion ; to recognize goodness in people; to fight evil; to recognize truth; and to believe that "love conquers all" .

The fact that they say you have a big heart is an indication of the fact that they perceive you as person who feels pain, love, compassion, etc., on a deeper level than most people. So, being told you have a big heart is a label you earn because of the way you live as opposed to behaving that way due to the actual physical size of your heart.
