I was wondering how much does it usually cost to get one document notarized?

It depends on the state.

Also, your bank probably won't notarize any documents involving a civil suit, or a criminal court case. They don't want thier employees involved in anything that might require testimony.

Florida $1.00 per page or free in some cases ... I get my stuff done free because I use my bank ... they offer the service to members ..... It also helps if you have a neighbor who is a notary.

Go to your bank. Most branches have at least one Notary on staff, and if you're a bank customer, most won't charge anything.

It also depends on the type of document. Try going to your bank, some will do it for free.

Ones around here charge about $5.00 Pretty cheap to get it done.
