Even if we are sleeping, our brain and heart never sleeps. Their activity slows down during sleep hours. The thought process mechanism remains active and during the day whatever we see or think or memorize, remains locked in the memory and during sleep hours as if we are trying to remember or re-collect those things, our brain becomes bit active and as a result of that we get dreams. Sometimes we are able to remember what we saw in dreams, sometimes we dont. when we are not in a position to co-relate the dreams with actual thoughts and some times we do that. When those get co-related we say that its real... its actually a co-incidence.... dreams and working of brain is very complex process and all over the world research is still going on for this.

Why dreams come?.... I don't think anybody knows but I for one am glad I have them... as to why they are sometimes real?... I would hope that all dreams are always real.... at least to the dreamer...

Unfortunately some dreams are nightmares :(

When you know things, you remember them. Sometimes, when you are asleep, your brain is like a super computer and put all the bits and pieces together and you get a dream of the future. (It's true)
