I know what you could get him that will mean everything in the world to him cutie! The best gift you could give him is YOURSELF! Buy a big red satin bow and in his birthday after a quiet dinner, go get naked and tie that big red bow around your waist and make love to him like a porn star! Hold nothing back and be his little S L U T. My girl did this for me and I have never had another b-day like it ever since! Man I can never forget that!

Get him something that he can keep .. not something that will near out one day.. Eg clothes, aftershave etc
What about expensive knife set? Does he like cooking? Swiss army Card is anothe good one.. Its looks like a credit card but it has mini tools in side, something like a print/painting of something or someone he likes even coltector poster framed?
Braclet with something engraved on the side, a ring.. If he is out doors guy get him like a day at paintball or some adventure park.. The bridge Climb in sydney is an amazing gift.

Get him something he'll like. When I have a friends birthday coming up and I am acting with them, (me being Ashley Tisdale) I always listen to what they talk about to try and figure out there interests. I hope you find that special gift!

Most guys like to be treated like a KING so take him out to a great place for dinner and tell him this is for HIM! It would be really great if you did it with your family and his or all your friends. Later, something more intimate special can be shared!
