Prostitution is ok but free sex is just wrong. Seems a bite hypocritical that they've rush to hang Craig but not Vitter, Stevens or any of the other dozen or so scandal plagued congressmen. It's pretty ugly display of double standards if you ask me. His "crime" is certainly no worse than anything the others have done and yet they're not tripping over themselves to denounce those guys. Vitter all but admitted to buying hookers. Where are the cries for his resignation?
Hypocrisy plain and simple.

The misconduct here is really NOT Craig's probable homosexuality, it is that he was soliciting sex in a public restroom. It wouldn't matter if he was soliciting sex from a woman, it is still solicitation...THAT is illegal.

The GOP is full of double standards and hypocrites. Now they seem to be trying to turn the tables once more and claim that Craig was a closet liberal........gotta love the irony.

I don't think anyone truly tolerates corruption, which permeates both sides of the aisle. I don't think the constituents appreciate hypocrisy, either.
In terms of folks' personal lives, who cares?
