Yes, I am 5'3 and weighed 140lbs before taking the pill. I was fine the first 2 weeks then after that I started feeling less hungry. I lost 40 lbs in a month, after losing the weight I was so hungry I begged my doctor to put me on something different because I wanted to eat. Lucky for me I needed to loose that weight, but I lost too much, it took me a while to gain 15 lbs back (what I needed to be healthy at my height), but I kept the other 25 lbs off. It's been 4 years I kept that weight off. I got lucky and i am so happy I don't have to worry about my weight any more. Thanks to birth control, but it was a scary process.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

bcp works by making your body think its already pregnant. when you first use it, it'll make you nauseous. it usually goes away in a couple of months.
some pills are worse than others on its side effects. talk to your doctor about a lower dose. lower dose you will need to take the same time every day but it doesnt make you as sick.
good luck

People who regularly weigh themselves and keep an eye on their progress in a journal will probably lose weight.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you will be trading fats for huge numbers of sugar or sodium.
