diwali festival. I just love it, since it is the festival of colors and lighting. And the main reason is I get to eat the ossam diwali treats like caranji, chakli, laddoos etc. They are my favorite.
and our home is always filled with our relatives in those days. My cousins come to meet us, and we have a lot of fun.
and the end of year, ie new year's eve. This is one day( rather night) that me and my parents celebrate like anything. The celebrations start at evening and it continues till midnight. We go to shivaji park to see the colors of new year. It's completely filled with people waiting to welcome new year. food, fun everything. It's our routine that on this day we must watch on hilarious play to add more to the occasion.

Only really one, my birthday.

Take the day before off work to practice getting drunk, the day of my birthday to get drunk, the day after to recover from getting drunk.

Don't really bother about Xmas etc, in fact have worked on 12 out of the last 13 Xmas days - only celebration is when the pay for working them hits my bank account.
