I have the RAZR v3m on Verizon wireless and everytime I call one of my friends it comes up as restricted opn their cell phones. I don't use *67 and I checked on my phone and I can't find any settings to change this, and I tried to change it on my account online but it didn't do anything. Please Help

I called Verizon. They said they couldn't do anything and I am wondering if it is the phone because I just got it a couple days ago and thats when this problem started. Any tips on how I can get Verizon to switch my phone from the RAZR to enV.

I talked to both. I am pretty sure that its the RAZR v3m. I have ben having so many problems with them. First my screen would go white when you push a little bit on the lip. Then It wouldn't let me call, send pix or flix messages, go on Get It Now or VCast. And now this one is always calling on restricted. I am tired of it. Do you have any suggestions on how I can switch it for the enV without paying. I have the 5 dollar a month insurance if that helps.

Since you called and they could not help you take it to a store they can run it on a computer program and update any software and hopefully fix the problem.
Did you talk to tech services or just customer services.
That would also make a big decision. many of the cs people are lazy. And the tech support people are very professional
how do I know used to work in Cs and some people were without a brain.
