how do i make friends????

i have no friends. atleast no real, true friends. the only friends i have are online. and one of my friends online recently said we could no longer talk. but what i was wondering is how to make friends??? but not ones on the internet. i just don't know what to do. and every one is telling me stick with my age group. but i get along better with adults. so what shoulod i do??? nothing seems to be working out. :(

just be yourself and if people don't like you for who you are,then they just lost a good friend.always be yourself and before you know it you'll have plenty of friends.Its not your fault that you like the Adults,you are very wise and mature for you age.before you know it you will have friends,not just online but in social life as well.

Don't try so hard to make friends. Just talk with a lot of different people and see if you like there personality. You need to find where you fit in. And my guess would be with the people who are more mature in your age group.

tht is soo de ja vu, coz hey, i think i'm going thru tht too...huhu. n yeah, smtimes getting along with adults is a lot simpler than people of your own age... i wonder abt tht too, n i think i sort of figured out tht d only real way to find pple u dnt knoe n b friendz wit thm is probably to travel a lot, n go to places, events or gatherngs tht u've nvr been to bfore, or felt tht u've nver evn bothered to think abt bfore. coz there, u might find someone else who's also there to get to knoe other people or simply there bcoz they're forced to do so. in other wrds, it doesnt matter why all these people are there, it jst matters tht they're there, and u, like evrybody else, have a chance to get to knoe thm. n they have a chance to get to knoe u too. mingle a little, join in the crowd..or if u're shy, jst find someone who looks like they might be shy too...maybe u could get thm 2 talk 2 u, or u jst talk 2 thm, ask wht time it is, or whether they've been there fr a long,long time bfore u did. or at least if u're too shy to talk, jst give thm a smile. maybe they'll get u to talk. so ermm, good luck ;-) i hope it works 4 u then..

i realy understand you.
you cant find friends by sitting at home,you should go out some where you like library, club,gym,church,college,..then you could find people who have same interests as you,so have probably things in common.its a good step
be nice with others, smile,help them.I'm sure then you could find friends

if u r at school just go up 2 ppl n make small talk the same goes if you work
if u have children could u take them 2 a mother n baby group n meet ppl there?
