Dear
The traditional function of a signature is evidential: it is to give evidence of:

1. the provenance of the document (identity) and
2. the intention (will) of an individual with regard to that document

normally people use 2 type of signatures
1. Personal signatures used in their private records. This is also the permanent one
2. Official signature is used by govt/pvt office bearers to sign official document. they use it to safe keep their personal signatures.

In case of banks, they verify the signature by comparing with the signatures you put on verification form only. they normally won;t bother about your personal signature. But it is a good practise to keep a uniqueness in it to avoid hurdles.

Ideally, you should have the same signature to avoid confusion and to make your life simpler.

However, for bank accounts, you can have different signatures for different accounts as long as you don't mix them up. Banks have their own records of your signature will verify that if the feel like.

Your own cheque from bank 1 to your own account in bank2 may have different signatures provided you have the correct signatures in place.

Not necessarily. You can adopt different ways of signing in each account which is necessary sometimes to avoid hacking of the account .However,be sure to remember you specific way of signing when operating a specific account and also ensure that your signature t allied with your previous one or you will lnd yourself into trouble.

It is like an email account. It is better to have different identifies for different .coms or even frequently change your identity to avoid hacking.

A person is supposed to have only one signature.
If you write your name in different styles in different places it would not be called a signature.
