No the contrary.It opens and expands who you are,adapting what you learn from each culture until you become fuller,more complete as a human being.

No, not at all. Your culture is relatively hard to change, at least completely. But by experiencing other cultures you gain a broader view of how cultures can vary, and this often leads to a more tolerant attitude towards others.
