and i cant find a nice bra that is not to expensive and can support me anywhere. please help

These have bras for bigger busted women (I was a 38J and the JMS site is an excellent choice for big bras, had a reduction to 38C and still use that site!). Unfortunately there are no cheap bras for size F. If you check out the link below those who have had breast reductions are practically giving their bras away on the "Bra Exchange Board".

Can you cram yourself into a 40DDD? If so, Lilyette makes bras that retail for around the price of Bali but are more likely to fit. The bonus is that big retailers like Penney's, Macy's, BonTon, and such frequently include Lilyette in offers where you buy one, get one half off, or buy one, get one free by mail.
The down side is that the selection in your size will be small, and you may have to go from store to store to find them.

You will probably NOT find one that is not expensive. You will HAVE to spend the money. I would wait until you find a sale, BOGO, etc. This is an important thing to spend your money on, you will look and feel sooo much better with a good bra.

I was a 54i and had a reduction. I had to specially order my bras from Lane Bryant for a good fit. Cheap bras will not support you well, and they will dig into your shoulders.
