You have a 300 - (273-25) = 52 K temperature change. Error is 52 * 1.1E-7 = 5.72E-6 = 0.000572%.

-25C = 248K

im guessing the equation will be:

11*10^-6*248 = 27.3*10^-3

27.3*10^-3/300 * 100 = 9.09*10^-4%
