Yes, you can have back problems. The weight in front draws you into a hunched position (you don't realize the hunched position) and you can develop upper thoracic spine problems.

Yes, they can and do. Many women who are DD and bigger have back pain and other health issues due to their breasts and talk to the doctor about getting a breast reduction, which greatly relieves you of that pain.

I had it done Feb 2006 (38J to 38C) and do not regret it one bit. Talk to your doctor about a breast reduction and take a look at this site, it has an excellent FAQ section, support board, and picture board:

FYI... sometimes working out and losing weight can help you lose a cup size, but not all the time. Your breasts have dense breast tissue and fatty tissue, and if your breasts are more dense no amount of losing weight will have you lose in the breast, if its more fatty you will lose, but you'll never know until you lose weight (that is if you are slightly overweight, if you are a healthy weight I would not even try to do anything with working out to lose in the breast).

Also, even the best supportive bra does not help. Trust me I've tried!

Yes _the weight of your breasts can hurt your back. I have a cousin who had to have a Breast Reduction Operation. It worked great for her & she was happy with the results.

Some times when you gain weight a lot of it can go on your breasts so cutting back a few pounds will help some girls. Regardless there are a lot of men out there who loves big boobs.

Yes, this is a likely cause of back pain, especially between the shoulders.

Back strengthening exercises will help.

A correctly fitting, supportive bra will help.

If you are overweight, loosing weight could help (most women loose weight from bust-line first)

You may have to consider a breast reduction in future if nothing else helps.

Yes, your back can hurt from them. There are exercizes that can be done to strenghthen your back muscles which can alleviate the pain. Something else to consider though...most of your breast tissue is fat- get a very supportive bra, do some cardio exercises at your target heart rate, and they will probably shrink some.
