I wonder why more people answerd what triggers your anger, than what triggers happiness, what are your thoughts?

I missed the experiment but I wonder at times, why we seem to allow the Anger and Stress to enter out daily lives as we have..we have a beautiful generation of people coming up in this time to make a difference...staying positive in especially these economic times, doesn't have to be so strenuous. It comes from the Heart...and there is so much more to experience!
Take time to stop and step back, take a look at the good, and appreciate the days that are given to you.

THE one thing you do not want inside you is anger to me anger , is that you have been deeply hurt , or somone has said the wrong thing to you , so you get anger inside you , the next level down , is that you will become to hate that person , and you do not want to hate anyone , because with the hate inside of you , all you are doing is building up to haveing a breakdown . happiness is different , what i believe is happiness , might be hard to find , but you know one day you walk around the corner , and then you see someone that triggers you to be happy if you could only be to gether , we all need happiness in our lives , because this can bring all the good out in you . good luck

Maybe that the word trigger evokes an association with firing off and exploding, as in anger.

Maybe it costs more energy to get happy than to get angry? That's a really sad thought..
