Any other fish that don't need heaters?

all those fish require a heater. they are tropical fish, to varying degrees. a heater provides them with a stable environment. unless your room stays at a stable temperature all year round 24-7, a heater is a must.

there are some fish that can survive without a heater such as goldfish (coldwater) and white cloud mountain minnows (sub-tropical). but their water temperature still fluctuates in our houses, depending on whether our heating is on a timer, or if it's mid-summer and we have the air-con on full blast.

I would say all the fish above need heaters. Unless you are in a hot country and the tank can be kept at about 24-30*C naturally.

Every single one of which you named need a heater, because they're tropicals and do best in a range of 76-82 degrees

Hope that helps
good luck
