I'm not defending the Craigster I'm just wondering how many people would like to be charged with lewd conduct for doing something obscure like tapping their feet or whistling or any list of things that people do during the day. Can someone site a source that says a person does not have the right to tap their feet?

Gay people have their secret methods of seeking each other out. I have heard of this sort of think happening at some public toilets. I beleive he was secretly soliciting the cop. I have no problem with that, he just shouldn't lie about what he did.

Have you ever sat on a publlic toilet and your feet go into the guys stall next to yours? Wide stance? trying to do the splits in the can is more like it.
