In case of a corporation, you can say that person is a "corporate citizen". Meaning that person is deeply in grained within the organization for a long period of time. That person is highly recognized in the organization. This does not necessarily refer to high ranking officials of the company.

Global citizen has a different meaning. The concept of a global citizen is unrealistic but it can be positive for people's perceptions.

Kinda... it implies that the corporation has a moral responsibility, just like any real human, to play by the rules and treat others with dignity and respect, including the environment. It also implies they have rights like any real person. I am unsure of the legal aspects.
