A good attitude is a characteristic of one's disposition in spite of a problem. It is an attribute that is quite helpful in solving a problem, making life a happy experience, and attracting others of like kind.

It is the absence of having a 'problem' to great to avoid or solve, but the Judgments regard to the value in the Will is determinant for the quality in that attitude. The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

It seems that those with a lack of problems are more likely to have a good attitude, but it is not a necessary condition.
There are those burdened souls that have no problems, yet they have a bad attitude. In addition, there are those beautiful and rare people who, even in the face of horrible problems, still express a good attitude (e.g., Ghandi or Mother Theresa).

I don't think that good attitude is the absence of problems in your life. Good attitude is identifying one's positiveness in life and learning how to let it rule and over shadow your negative aspect of your life. Good attitude is the ability to deal with what comes on your way - good or bad. Even in problems, you can have a good attitude because good attitude is a positive behaviur towards life.

good attitude can be the result of having a good experience, despite problems. some people can totally persevere and just... be happy through everything.
and people on hardcore "uppers" (i know two) generally are in good moods, despite having problems.
gotta remember, your attitude affects the people around you. so if you have a good attitude, you can help those around you to do well to some degree, and if you have a bad one you can hurt them (to a degree)
the saying "Attitude is Everything" is true. because it is.

We all have problems. The problem is when we allow the problem to over take us.
