Someone I know confided that he, a married man, has been constantly seduced by a married female boss, to the extent of sexually harrassing him ala Demi Moore on Michael Douglas in Full Disclosure. Should he be faulted if he gives in?

OF COURSE YES!!!!!!

if he doesn't like the advances he should charge the women with sexual harassment. the fact that he is not doing anything in that nature is what is troubling!!!

Yes he should be faulted. You marry someone you marry them for life, commitment to them 100% for better or worse. If the advances he is getting are unwelcome then he should do somethinbg to stop it, giving in will only perpetuate an already bad situation.
If the advances he is getting are welcoime he should be first and foremost looking at the state of his own marriage.
There are no excuses for infidelity in a healthy marriage.

Yes, he should do something to stop his boss. Not ruin his marriage over her. Maybe find a new job. Take care

Yes. No matter how hard she tries to seduce him it still takes two people to have sex and both parties are just as responsible.

Yes, I love to blame. I always find someone to blame.

And one should not cheat for any reason, at any time, no matter what.

of course he should be faulted! He should file harassment charges, not cheat on his wife. Then we wonder why the divorce rate is so freaking high.....
