Hit the Windows logo and "start" green box in the lower left hand corner. Hit "Run..." Type in "charmap". Click "OK." Scroll down for ALL the little characters, including hearts, then select the one you want. Go back where you wanna put it, right click, hit "Paste." You only have to do all that once, then the character map will be there in the "start" box next time.

press alt and number 3 on the numbers keyborad on the right side, I can't do them just now as I'm using a laptop!!
