After all, sueing an organisation is a civil matter. It is something that Gerry and Kate are pursuing to protect their character and is not related to the 'search' for Madeleine.
As such, I would assume that the legal advice they have received is being paid for out of their own pockets, or that they will be reimbursing to the fund, the equivalent cost for receiving said advice on launching libel action.

You accused them of living a celeb lifestyle off the fund weeks ago. That was refuted when it was stated that the fund is intact that that they live off their personal finances.
Without batting an eyelid, you now make wild insinuations about how they pay their legal fees...neatly side-stepping a blatant accusation but an insinuation, all the same.
You're not being fair, and you know it.

What kind of parents make money for neglecting there children. They should take away the twins & all the money they have made & also prosecute them for leaving there children alot.
