Excersises using your arms, like lifting weights can make your breasts firmer and maybe a little bit smaller. The only garanteed way to make them smaller is to have surgery to reduce them.
Try the excersises and stuff, they will definatly help with firmness!

after a hot shower,let some cold water fall on it..it will help it to become more firm..

ask someone strong (like a guy) to press it for 2-3 hours daily. your breasts will change.

Breat reduction surgery...
Start exercising!!! Like weight training!

Thru weight loss or surgical means. I would recommend talking to your doctor as well to see what they say.
