There is a catering trailer parked up every day just 5 minutes from my house. It is sited opposite a large hospital and always seems busy. Otherwise, an industrial estate seems a good idea as you would get workers from several different offices/factories

you will have trouble with this love,it,s very compettitive round worcester,you have the festivals at upton on severn,to the south that people fight over .the lorry park area,the racecourse areas or laybyes on the A38,just about every space will be taken.but good luck,don,t forget,quantity and quallity are the key.

Along the A38 would be good, not too far from the M5. Offhand don't know of one though and I suspect you would need Council persmission anyhow.
