Your laptop should have a monitor port on it so you can connect the other monitor to it.
You when enable the external port by using a hot key - on most notebooks you hold "Fn" and then another key (such as F4) - the key will normally have a monitor symbol above it.
Most notebooks allow you to press this key to rotate from Internal monitor only, Both internal and external and finally external only, each press of the key goes to the next selection.

Go in the computer markit and ask for them to a connector which can connect it.

connect one end of the cpu to the connector and another end of the connector to your monitor.
