Celsius is greater, 100 degrees C is 212 degrees F
As this is short, I'll tell you something else
When measuring in Celsius was first invented, the people who invented it used water (or H20) as the scale type thing, which is why 0 is the point water freezes/ice melts, and 100 is the point water boils/water vapour condenses.
When the Fahrenheit scale was invented, they used a person's armpit as 100 and (I'm not sure, but i think) a frozen salt lake somewhere as 0.
Then there's also absolute zero in Kelvin, where 0 is the coldest anything can possibly be because the molecules won't go any closer together. One degree is the same as a Celsius degree.
I know it wasn't exactly what you asked, but it's interesting facts.

100 degree C is greater. It is the boiling point of pure water.
100 degree F is only just about human body temperature.
100 degrees C = 212 degrees F (the boiling point of water)
0 degrees C = 32 degrees F (the freezing point of water)
The two temperature scales have the same value at -40 degrees (very cold).
On the absolute scale devised by Lord Kelvin (K).
273 K = 0 degrees C = 32 degrees F
373 K = 100 degrees C = 212 degrees F
NB On the absolute scale the units are in 'K' NOT degrees K.

100 degree celsius...
it is such that the scale of fahrenheit is very small...
the temperatures that are the same at fahrenheit scale and the celsius scale is -40 degrees
100 degrees celsius is the same as 212 degrees fahrenheit.
Remembver it this way,:
When u have fever, your temperature is on 100 degrees or morefahrenheit......but on 100 degrees celsius, water boils......
So, think whether it is possible to have the body temperature more than the boiling point of water...

The converting formula is below;
C/100 = (f-32)/180
.
C= 100/180 (F-32)
C=5/9 (F-32)
....100degree Celsius is greater because it is boiling point of water which is 212 Fahrenheit .
