How to keep a criminal in jail?

I arrested a locksmith last night on grounds of .... making .....doing.... something wrong.

We don't keep someone at our jail 24/7 (the donut shop is at least 20 mins away). This is one a clever guy, and I don't want to strain my men.

What games should we keep in his cell to keep him occupied while we aren't there?

keep giving him a full body cavity search...who know's what he made have hidden...a key to escape????
