Well, he pleaded guilty to the charges of which he was accused so I believe that he has answered the question himself.
He is a Senator of the United States, one would hope that he has more than a passing understanding of how the law works.

Craig was set up just as Foley was set up. They may both be gay, which isn't a crime last time I checked with my progressive friends. But they were both set up. Standard democrat operating procedures. Larry Flynt has probably already written the check. Answer this question: On the tape the arresting officer told Craig that if he would just sign the ticket and pay the fine, that would be it...no media would be involved. So what happened ? Why is the media involved ? Huh ? Huh ???

Whether it was a setup or whether he solicited sex is really irrelevant at this point. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct which means that he felt he did something wrong. At this point, he should just resign. This would save himself, his family, his state, and his party from any more embarrassment.

It sounds like a set up to me. Someone of his stature would have to be insane to look for sex in a public bathroom when he has other options; he doesn't come across like a nut job to me. What he supposedly did is career and family life suicide. Why would he risk everything for a cheap thrill that he could have had without exposing himself to all of the humiliation. It's also interesting that the timing is not far from elections. It just doesn't make sense to me.

When they show the tapes of all the other guys they arrested for the same thing that day maybe I'll believe it wasn't a set up. Where is the proof???????? Americans just like to see politicians go down in flames.

Sean Hannity showed the tape of the bust and him in the cop shop and Craig is guilty as hell. He needs to resign and go back to Idaho to polish knobs in bathrooms there.

Guilty as plead and convicted of "Disorderly Conduct", which is not a homosexual sex crime. All else is accusation and slander.
