The dog sat between her and me.

Between is a preposition here, and thus requires the object form of the pronoun. I find the "her" awkward though, because it sort of seems to refer to the dog. I'd prefer "The dog sat between (Sheila, for example) and me" or "The dog sat between us."

the dog sat between her and me is correct out of these options... how about the dog sat between US.... :) but seriously - if you just take away each pronoun and say it with one - it makes more sense, eg: the dog cannot sit by "she" - it would sit by "her" - and the dog would not sit by "I" it would sit by "me" - therefore it would sit between her and me......
