You've got to break the words up but it can be done:

The flames were red, yellow and some orange ones
The white man was sure cruel to those [Poor inj]-uns...

My ex turned orange, green and pink
when that [whore ing]-ested ink...

Orange were the flames in my heart
[You're inj]uring me when were apart...

I'll be wearin' or-ange soon cause I will now kill
Since I can't be [more Ing]-enious than wow bill...

Here are 4 examples of how easy it is to write lousy song lyrics rhyming the word orange. what's the problem?

P.S.
That little twerp'll turn bright purple
Folks who slurp'll wear more purple

There once was a man from Nantucket
Who carried his fruit in a bucket.
He dropped a ripe orange
That was crushed in a door hinge
To which he replied, "Ah, well ...I've got a whole pail full."
