I'm gonna guess Turkeys just for the hell of it.

They're all "dinner". Benjamin Franklin thought turkeys were quite noble and intelligent birds. He actually thought they'd make a better national symbol than the eagle.
Chickens are pretty dumb. I'm somewhat fond of the ducks at work. They recognize my voice and actually come running when I call them. I work with turkeys...so I'll pick ducks.

Ducks are smarter.. they have wings and they know how to use it unlike chickens and turkeys who only live to get their heads chopped off

Ducks are generally fatter, so that must mean that chickens are smarter -- just as thin people are smarter.
