dude dance: "Freakin' commies"--how original! Did it take you long to think of that?

JacobS: Power corrupts, especially if you've been in power too long. A good argument for rotating political parties in and out of power periodically.

Republicans v. Democracy. I don't like any of the Republican candidates because they're all Bush clones, but Fred Thompson scares me the most. I don't trust him at all. A liberal America must steer it to a better future, and no Republican can guarantee that.

What a bad phrasing. It should read realists against socialism, If you think getting a Dem In is going to fix it all remember the welfare in the 90s and the mortgage rates in the 20% range. Ok the forclosure rates today are not great but they were higher in the begining of GAT and NAFTA in the 90s. Your BOY Bill did nothing to stop either since he was collecting large amounts of cash from china and Mexico for the run for president and the New York senate seat

There is a good argument to be made that is Republicans vs. Democracy. Too many Democrats, are so far left that they go past Socialism in a lot of their ideas. The liberal base is so far gone to the left, you can't see it from the center. Morality is being abandoned, God is being banned, we have to press "1" for English, and all this and more is due solely to the liberal base of the democratic party.

Democrats vs Truth

We should give all power to the Democrats because there is no way they would do anything wrong and they would never be corrupt. There is no way they would EVER steal, cheat, or lie about anything ever. They never have and they never will do ANYTHING wrong EVER. Oh wait, f#ck all that.. politics is founded on lying.

I would leave both parties out and say honesty & truth vs scare tactics & fear.

Both parties carry a lot of weight on the latter.

It's about six on one hand and a half dozen on the other.

It doesn't really matter who is in charge, they all do the same crap. Mostly rob us blind, horde money and power. After they do it for a while then we elect the other guys who promise to clean it all up, but they do the same crap.
