This will wear off in about 5 days

You are having a reaction to the anesthesia and it is causing anxiety..
so drink lots of fluids

just the stress of the whole situation can cause anxiety.

While this idea is interesting... and kinda fun to think about... and would TOTALLY make an awesome movie... there is really no logic behind it because of all the people who are reading and answering your question..

Like me for instance. I am not a part of your dream. I am a completely different person that you do not know that has nothing to do with you and my entire life and background could not be concocted just to create your life in coma land. So calm down! :-]

Do you see physical evidence of surgery? Is it painful in that area, at least from time to time?
You're not in a coma, my dear... as anyone who may be helping you will laughingly agree. (they'll just laugh 'cause it's cute, not AT you!)

In a coma you would be aware of nothing at all, not even a dream that the surgery happened... there may be a blip on the brain radar, but no real memories of a real happening.

Don't freak out... it could be pain medication making you have these strange thoughts. Not to worry! Get well!

Well, logically only you would be aware of your dream, the fact that you posed this question and are receiving outside replies shows that you are in fact of sound mind, and not in a coma.

If you were in a coma and never woke up how would you be typing on the computer asking questions and getting aswers on here. Pinch yourself.

Relax man, even if this is a dream there's no way you can get out of it unless you wake up in the "real world". Must I add that this world may or may not be more real than the "real world". Anyway, if this is a dream, then I guess you're not alone. Welcome to the company.

Trust me, you're not dead.
You're just having some weird reaction to the anesthesia. Lots of people get freaked out after surgery, don't worry. It gets better.

God?

You must be God or I am dreaming too and by the way who did the surgery and what flavor of icecream do you eat?

Inquiring minds want to know.
