I want to become flexible because I want to be loss when i'm dancing, so I would like alot of answers.

stretching EVERY day but do it when ur warm e.g. after a dance class, after having a hot bath - if ur not warm then do just gentle stretching- holding a stretch for a min or 30sec- dont bounce , hold the stretch where it hurts but not where its like unbelievable painful! try using your breath- deep breathing, imagine its going to where it hurts,so dnt bounce or u cud find urself doing the opposite and not being able to stretch as much

ur leg muscles are tight so when ure stretching ur stretchin them and its harder when ur cold and if u push urself too much u will damage ur leg muscles

try stretches like splits against the wall, stretching over to touch your toes, lunges, downwards dog lol,putting ur leg on a barre or window sil do stretches (do stretches with inactive activitys to help you hold the stretch longer- e.g. watching tv, reading, eating,music,hm/wk.)and then slide it along the barre to get a stretch. try this site http://www.body-fizzeek.co.uk/splits.htm it explains things better you may need to find stretches for your hip flexes aswell- hip flexes- the start of your thigh/hips

Oh, you're serious. All I could think of was "Zanaflex".
It probably would depend on your age. If you are a young person, I'd say, get out more. Walk instead of riding. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Lots of stretching before you exercise.
If you're old like me, go see your doctor first, be sure you can handle walking.

Well, you cant just decide to become flexible, you would have to start as a youngster like Me.♥ but im not sure if this works but maybe you could start a daily routine for example [30 mins aday, stretch your muscles. try splits.] just keep workin at it everyday.

you need to stretch everyday and believe in yourself also push yourself good luck
