So that movie...Wicked Little Things..one of the 8 films to die for..what are the kids supposed to be? Zombies? Ghosts? Because if they were zombies, then how did they become zombies? They died in a mine collapse/explosion. So where did the zombie part come in? They must be PART zombie, because they eat people. I'm having trouble deciding what they are. Does anyone know?

They are spirits that manifest physically.. They eat people in an attempt to enact revenge upon those responsible for what happened to them.. (and this town is full of many families that had ties to the other workers.. ) Once they get the man who's blood was REALLY responsible.. (the owner who refused to let them get the kids out first) it was over.. they could rest.. The problem with the zombie theory is that the body isn't decaying.. and at least some of those kids.. (Mary in particular) would not have a body capable of walking..

The story is about recently widowed Karen Tunny (Heuring) and her two daughters, Sarah (Taylor-Compton) and Emma (Moretz). They move to a remote mountain home which Karen has inherited from the family of her late husband; however, she is unaware that the home is situated near an old mine, the site of an early 20th century tragedy in which many children were buried alive. Thats why they were possessed by ghosts of those children as well. Which turned them into Zombie's. So your comment was right regarding the girls they were half zombie's.
