Make color copies of hundred dollar bills. The copy machines now have programs in them to recognize US money and will either reduce the size by 50% or increase by 100% when printed (which I believe is the current standard for legal reproduction of US currency). However, you might be able to use that electronic engineering degree for removal of that little problem. Use what is called "rag" paper to copy on. It is why our money doesn't fall apart when wet. Pricey but worth it. Google for more info on rag paper. Buy a cutting shear to make straight cuts. The copiers now make such good copies you should have no problem passing the money any where except banks. Good Luck!

Oh...watch out for guys in black suits keeping an eye on you...they frown on doing this...Secret somebody or another's.
