I'm picturing an ear of corn, and thinking about trying to get those last few stubborn strands of corn silk off with a Q-Tip.
Then there is a possible answer about my ears hear corny things, and I clean my ears with a Q-Tip.
Aah, no answer equal to the laughs from the question.

i always use a toothbrush to clean the silk off my fresh corn.but its always a new toothbrush.
