Anderson Cooper doesn't have to have hard-core fans. Most of the people who watch 360 can make informed decisions, unlike those spending every day with O'Reilly who have to be told what to think/do. Loudly

Probably. If millions can care about WHAT Paris Hilton is doing tomorrow- then Anderson Cooper can be thrown a bone or two- don't you think? :) YOU should be so lucky!

I love AC. I agree that sometimes he can be a bit melodramatic, but he's worked really hard to get where he is. He didn't use his money to buy his job, and he brings a lot of attention to some things that would otherwise be ignored. Oh yeah, and I think Jeff Corwin likes him ;)

Weird question. I'd take him 10 times as seriously as say, Bill O'Reilly or Brit Hume or Neil Cavuto.

Yes! Have you read his book? It is AMAZING! He really is passionate about his work- and that comes through in his broadcasting and news telling. He cares about the people, which is more than I can say than many other broadcasters.

Absolutely! I think he's very impressive as a human being. He's also one of the better newscasters of our time.
